Leviathan: Envy (Latin, invidia) » is characterized by an insatiable desire; the desire for others' traits, status, abilities, or situation.


Asmodeus: Lust (Latin, luxuria) » is an inordinate craving for the pleasures of the body. Involves obsessive or excessive thoughts or desires of a sexual nature.


Beelzebub: Gluttony (Latin, gula) » is an inordinate desire to consume more than that which one requires. Derived from the Latin gluttire, meaning to gulp down or swallow, gluttony is the over-indulgence and over-consumption of anything to the point of waste.


Mammon: Greed (Latin, avaritia) » is the desire for material wealth or gain, ignoring the realm of the spiritual. It is also called Avarice or Covetousness. A sin of excess.


Belphegor: Sloth (Latin, acedia) » is the avoidance of physical or spiritual work. It was first called the sin of sadness or despair.


Satan: Wrath (Latin, ira) » is manifested in the individual who spurns love and opts instead for fury. Inordinate and uncontrolled feelings of hatred and anger. It is also known as Anger.


Lucifer: Pride (Latin, superbia) » excessive belief in one's own abilities, that interferes with the individual's recognition of the grace of God. It has been called the sin from which all others arise. Pride is also known as Vanity or Hubris.
